PLEASE READ BEFORE COMMISSIONING ME!

REMEMBER THAT IF I CATCH YOU BREAKING ANY OF MY T.O.S THAT MIGHT RESULT IN YOU BEING ADDED TO MY BLACKLIST - THIS MEANS THAT I WON'T ACCEPT COMMISSIONS FROM YOU AND EVEN DEMAND THE WORK I MADE FROM YOU BACK WITHOUT NO FURTHER PAYMENT.

GENERAL T.O.S

Prices can change due to increases in commissions.

Please do not steal, trace or heavily reference my art.

I have the right to turn down your order for whatever reason i see appropriate.

Due to changes in artstyle, I might not be able to replicate previous commissions.

Please include as many details of what you want for you order, Please use reference images for tips on how you can improve your order details see order under Emotes, badges, Vtuber, Avatar, Merch & Panels.

The commissions are only to be used by the commissioner unless approved by commissioner.

I won't draw, trace or copy an exact replica of another artists or streamers emote.

The commissioner may use the commission however they wish - This includes creating merchandise without no further payment, but with credit.

Payments must be made via paypal ONLY.

All payments must be made in USD.

DRAWING-BLACKLIST

ANY COMMISSION CONTAINING SOMETHING THAT I WON'T DRAW WILL INSTANTLY GET TURNED DOWN

What I won't be drawing

- NSFW

- Heavy Gore

- Furries

- Meme Emotes (E.g. Ugly Pepe)

- Complicated armour/clothing

- Object Emotes (Objects with emotions)

CREDITING

CREDITING ME FOR MY WORK IS OBLIGATORY. PLEASE CREDIT ME IN EVERY WAY YOU CAN!

Where you should credit me

- Twitch: as most of my costumers come from Twitch this is the best platform to credit me.

- YouTube: If you're using my art/designs in a YouTube-video you can credit me in the description of said video - or in your "About" section.

- Discord: If you're using my art in discord, please credit me aswell.

- Other social media: If you're using my art as a header/banner/profile picture - feel free to credit me in the description/bio.

How to credit me

- Write my name and what I've created

- Link my Twitter/Website.

- Give me the Artist Badge in you Twitch chat.

- Give me Emote Attribution for the emotes I've done on Twitch.

Create a command on Twitch

- Some of my costumers have created their own command on their twitch that links to my website and twitter.

CREDITING AN ARTIST HELPS THEM GROW AND IT'S A WAY FOR THEM TO REACH OUT TO A BIGGER COMMUNITY.

COMMISSION PROCESS

The waiting time for commissions range anywhere between a week to a couple of months. As I am a Freelance Artist and I work alone the Commissions Process depend on queue placement, order size and most importantly - my health.

When ordering - I have a limit of Commissions I work on per month. At the moment the limit is 4.
This means that even if you've placed an order, it can take a while for me to work on your commission depending on if a lot of people are before you in the queue.

I recommend that you don't rush my work - this could lead to me burning myself out and commissions being closed for an undisclosed amount of time or even forever. Although a nice checkup message never hurts!

I will show you the finished sketches before I start working on the Outlining- and coloring-phase.

If the finished sketches are approved and you want to change them later on this will come with a fee anywhere between 6$ - 8$ depending on how major the changes are.

PAYMENT

Payment are done after the commissioner have approved the finished sketches - If not I won't continue working on your piece.

Payments are ALWAYS done via PayPal

The currency should always be USD
